Terms of use
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms apply when you use the3dwhatif.com or buy Blueprint or Studio. By buying a product you agree to them, together with the Refund policy and the Product license.
Who we are
the3dwhatif is an independent creator brand that makes 3D short videos and sells the tools behind them. You can reach us at [email protected]. the3dwhatif is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI or ElevenLabs. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic.
Who sells the products
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax, invoices and order-related customer service, and its own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
The products
Blueprint is a digital guide: an illustrated step-by-step guide in HTML and PDF, a prompt library and annotated video breakdowns. Studio contains everything in Blueprint plus a downloadable, ready-to-run production project with 3D environments and characters, camera and transition systems, caption and cover generators, render scripts, example projects, a CC0 sound effect library and a setup video. The product page lists what each package includes at the time of purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown by Lemon Squeezy at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
Both products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment, Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt with your download links, and the files are also available from your order page. If you cannot find them, check your spam folder or email us.
What you need
The products run on your own computer and rely on services you sign up for and pay for yourself: Claude Code with a paid Claude plan, an ElevenLabs account, Node.js and a computer with a dedicated graphics card. You also need to be comfortable running commands in a terminal. These requirements are listed on the product page; please check them before buying.
Your responsibilities
Use your own authorized accounts and follow the terms of every service you connect, including Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Remotion and the platforms you publish to. Check your scripts for factual accuracy, make sure you have the rights to any media, voices and assets you add, and take responsibility for the videos you publish.
No results guarantee
The products help you produce videos. They do not promise views, followers, income or a particular rendering speed. Results depend on your ideas, your hardware, your settings and the external services you use.
Third-party services
Claude, ElevenLabs, Remotion, Node.js and the other tools the products work with are run by third parties. Their prices, features, limits and terms can change at any time, and we are not responsible for them. If a third-party change breaks part of the project, we will try to address it in a 1.x update for Studio, but we cannot guarantee a fix.
Intellectual property
The guide, prompts, project files, designs, characters and other materials remain the property of the3dwhatif. Buying a product gives you a license to use them as described in the Product license; it does not transfer ownership.
Liability
The products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or service charges you incur with third parties, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its date, applies to new purchases. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
