This notice explains what personal data the3dwhatif handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it to the minimum the site and your order need.
Who is responsible
the3dwhatif is responsible for the data described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected]. For payment data, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for that data under its own privacy policy.
When you browse the site
The site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site uses your browser's session storage to remember that the intro animation has already played in the current tab; this is deleted when you close the tab and contains no personal information.
When you buy
Checkout takes place on Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout page. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, billing details and email address to process the order and tax. We never see or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy shares order details with us, such as your name, email address, country, the product you bought and the order number, so that we can deliver the product, answer support requests and keep the records the law requires.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message to reply and to help with your request.
Launch list
If you joined our launch list before checkout opened, we use your email address only to tell you about the launch of Blueprint and Studio, based on the consent you gave. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
Why we use your data
We use order data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal and tax obligations, support emails to answer you, launch-list emails because you consented, and technical request data because of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store: Lemon Squeezy for payments and delivery, our hosting provider, and our email provider. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep support emails for as long as needed to resolve your request and any follow-up. We delete launch-list addresses when you ask or when the list is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
